Parents, students are invited to come to school dressed as their favorite book character. Students who would like to dress up MUST bring the book their character is from to carry in the parade on this day. Toy weapons and masks are NOT permitted and costumes must adhere to the OCPS Dress Code policy. Considering students will be wearing his/her costume all day at school, please be sure your student's costume is comfortable enough for regular daily activities such as lunch, recess & special areas. Also, we advise students to wear athletic shoes with their costume for recess and PE.
*Any student who arrives late to school will not be allowed to participate in the parade and will be escorted to their classroom after the parade ends. The tardy late bell rings at 8:45 a.m.
